All PDF operations — compression, merging, splitting, and conversion — are performed entirely in your web browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. This means your sensitive documents, contracts, financial statements, and personal files remain completely private.
Unlike most online PDF tools, Transferpdf does not transmit your files over the internet. Every operation happens locally using JavaScript and WebAssembly technologies built into your browser. There is no server-side processing, no temporary cloud storage, and no opportunity for interception.
After you complete an operation and download your file, all data related to your document is automatically purged from browser memory. If you close or refresh the page, any file data is immediately discarded. We do not retain any trace of your documents.
We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal information to use our tools. This eliminates the risk of data breaches involving your credentials or personal details connected to your documents.
All connections to Transferpdf are secured with TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS). This ensures that the application code delivered to your browser is authentic and has not been tampered with during transit. Your browsing activity on our site is encrypted and protected from eavesdroppers.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that monitor your behavior. We may use minimal, essential cookies for basic site functionality (such as remembering your preference settings), but we never track what files you process or how you use the tools.
Our tools rely on well-known, open-source libraries including PDF.js (by Mozilla) and pdf-lib. These libraries are widely audited and trusted by hundreds of thousands of developers worldwide. You can inspect our client-side code at any time directly in your browser's developer tools.
